After many years of working in this industry with other pool and spa companies, and seeing the lack of great customer service and quality control, I decided to open my own pool and spa repair company and really stand out from my competitors. I brought my wife onto our team, who had over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Operations Management. Together we have implemented quality controls and extensive training to our entire Service Management team, as well as our office staff. We have thousands of satisfied customers and continue to grow our team so we can meet the growing customer demand.
